Your volunteer efforts will give over 200,000 voters the opportunity to make decisions on opposing secret arrests and detentions, jobs and economic stimulus, and a constructive foreign policy. The proposed referendums are located here.
Contact the folks below to circulate petitions to get these on the ballot. Each ward will usually have people collecting signatures on the weekend for 2-4 hours.
The response from the public is fantastic. In fact, about half our volunteers are people we stopped on the street and who signed the petition themselves! You will be well received, and you'll probably pick up another volunteer in the process. |
